Located in beautiful Hopkinsville, KY, TGASK was established in September 2001 and broke ground in January 2002 as the 2^nd Toyoda Gosei facility in Kentucky. We began production with automotive sealing parts for the Toyota Sienna in August 2002. Since then we have had the privilege to manufacture parts for Aisin, Ford, Honda, Lexus, Nissan, and Subaru, in addition to Toyota.

From the initial establishment of over 92,000 sqft in 2002, we added manufacturing space through September 2005 to arrive at our current size of about 340,000 sqft. In April 2011 we sustained a direct hit from an FT2 tornado. The true spirit of our team members shone thru the destruction, along with the support of our community and other TG facilities. We were able to restore power and restart production within days. Our team ensured that no customer missed a single part for their necessary production.

We are proud to serve our community by partnering with the Hopkinsville Chamber of Commerce, Hopkinsville Community College, Gateway Academy, and Soldier for Life programs. We offer co-ops, internships and programs which tentacle into the local education system and nearby Fort Campbell Army Post. In fact, our sponsored Gateway Academy TG Robotics Team has won multiple local and state titles!

We have been referred to as one of “Hopkinsville’s MOST sustainable manufacturing facilities” by local elected leaders. Our facility houses the safest manufacturing environment, energy saving LED lighting, air quality/control, reduced waste and recycling procedures. In October 2018 our employees planted 6,000 native tree species on our grounds in an effort to preserve mother earth. Our team members and leaders have proudly earned this honorable title by keeping a constant mind on quality, code of conduct, community, and the environment.

Toyoda Gosei airbags provide 360° coverage to protect passengers from impacts from every side. Driver-side airbags are housed in our stylish steering wheels.

Weatherstrips

Weatherstrips and glass runs on door and window frames serve to keep out rain, wind and noise while enabling smooth opening and closing doors and windows. We manufacture these parts in an integrated process — from material development to forming — that assures top quality.
