Toyoda Gosei has successfully developed technology that dramatically reduces cabin noise. Our innovative molding process reduces noise up to 3 decibels as opposed to the conventional method which leaves a small gap between the glass run and inner glass weatherstrips.
By analyzing the three-dimensional shapes through sophisticated computer aided engineering tools, we were able to solve the traditional inherent design issues. The result is a quieter ride, something a discerning driver desires.
