Plastic Fuel Filler Pipe
These fuel filler pipes allow for smooth flow of fuel and help prevent backflow during refueling. Designed with different characteristics (flexible, rigid, and straight sections) to assure strength, while their multi-layer structure improves fuel resistance and durability. These technologies have made it possible to reduce weight by nearly 50% compared with previous metal pipes.
Capless Fuel Filler
A device designed to make refueling more convenient by allowing the insertion of the refueling nozzle without removing and installing a fuel cap.
Fuel Filler Cap
These caps keep the fuel tank clean by sealing the fuel filler pipe. Designed to prevent fuel vapor release from the fuel tank and adds sealing function.
Fuel Hoses and Tubes
These rubber hoses and plastic tubes send fuel to the engine and route fuel vapor to the atmosphere.
Inlet Check Valves
Check valves stop fuel tank overfilling and prevent fuel from flowing back up the fill pipe when full.
Cut-off Valves
These valves improve ventilation performance and include a sealing function that prevents fuel spills in the event of a vehicle rollover.
Fill Limit Vent Valve
This valve restricts the amount of fuel filled into the fuel tank, and functions as a seal.
Fuel Filler Lid
In addition to protecting the fuel intake port from dust and water, fuel filler lids improve the aesthetic quality of the body and the ease of use of the fuel intake cover.
Air Cleaner Hoses and Resonators
Air cleaner hoses are used to provide clean air to the engine to improve engine function.Resonators are attached to reduce noise generated by the engine air intake.
Noise Absorbing Air Intake Ducts
These ducts act as the primary intake for outside air, directing it to the air filter, providing clean air to the engine. Noise is reduced by adding resonators to the structure.
Reservoir Tanks
Reservoir tanks are injection molded, hot plate welded containers used to hold excess or overflowing engine coolant. They can be used in a pressurized or open system.
Engine Covers
By covering the top of the engine, these covers make the engine compartment more aesthetically pleasing and reduce noise from the engine itself.
Radiator Hoses
These hoses connect the engine and radiator to circulate coolant and keep the engine temperature regulated.
Turbo Ducts
Turbo ducts direct supercharged air to the engine to improve engine power. These ducts are pressure and heat resistant.
Cooling Piping
Extruded resin tubes designed to meet temperature and pressure needs within the thermal management system to keep the battery at the optimum operating condition to extend range and battery life.
Battery Case
A resin battery case that houses multiple batteries.
Brake Hoses
These hoses transmit hydraulic pressure in the body-side brake system to the wheel-side brake system. They are flexible and highly durable so that they can follow the movement of the wheels.
